    Campaign period:
    Buy-back is an annual Nolia Shop brand campaign.

    In 2025, the period is between 24 and 31 October.


    Who can benefit from the campaign offer?

    The campaign is valid for all technicians in Romania and all European countries with the mention that in Romania the cost of returning old products is supported by Nolia Beauty, and in Europe, this cost is entirely paid by the customer. The customer is also responsible for shipping old products to Nolia Beauty SRL, Sos. Oltenitei 181, Popesti-Leordeni Bucuresti, postal code 041308, phone 0753504472. Packages with old products will be shipped immediately after receiving the products ordered during the campaign.

    Campaign mechanism:
    The campaign has an extremely simple mechanism from an organizational point of view.
    Prepare your old products, making sure they contain at least 30% product. Go to noliashop.com, choose at least the same number of products or more, and place your order. When the courier delivers your package, hand him the package with your old products.


    Important!

    The purchased products may be more than those delivered. They cannot be less, but we do not limit the number of products purchased on noliashop.com

    The number of old products offered in the buy-back campaign by the customer must be identical to the number of selected products on noliashop.com

    Discount scale:
    30-49 products - DISCOUNT 25% | 50-74 products - DISCOUNT 35% | 75+ products - DISCOUNT 50%

    Products accepted in exchange:
    Any product such as color gel, construction gel, semi-permanent nail polish, base, or top is accepted regardless of brand or weight.
    The packaging must contain at least 30% product, be clean, free of dust or spilled gel. In case of non-compliance with the conditions, Nolia Beauty may request the cancellation of the exchange of products.
    Please do not send empty or almost empty packaging or severely damaged containers. Cracked or chipped lids are accepted but broken containers are not accepted in any form.
    Attention, a maximum of 3 identical products can be purchased. All the details about this campaign are created by Nolia Beauty SRL.

    We will contact you by phone only if we want to communicate details about your order, as well as the rule of the emails and SMSes sent by us confirm the registration or shipment of your order.

    If the client refuses the delivery of the package and it is returned to the sender, in this case Nolia Beauty S.R.L. will reimburse the counter value of the products, the transport fee being paid by the customer.


    NEW ! DHL EXPRESS

    While we want you to enjoy your products as soon as possible we deliver by DHL EXPRESS, the transit time is about 24-48 hours and costs approximately 20euro. We also have a economy choice - GLS, transmit time 5-7 working days about half the cost of DHL. The shipping cost is calculated at the checkout and it depends on volume and weight. There are several regions where additional charges are levied, we will contact you later if necessary. 

    Due to BREXIT all UK orders will be sent only by DHL, the transit of the package is about 3-5 days, the import procedure delays the transit time. The VAT will be paid by the costumer when the order arrives. The costumer will pay the VAT and some costum charges at the import of the order, we provide all paperwork needed to simplify the import process by DHL.

    The shipment has a tracking code (awb) that you can check on https://www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking.shtml
    To find this code log on to our site by accessing the link http: // noliashop.com / account / login and access the orders history section (for orders placed without creating an account this option is not valid)
    We pack the products with great care and we make sure that any order reaches you completely and safely, we ask in the cold season not to open the package as soon as you receive it but to wait until 4-5 hours for the products to reach room temperature, we do not take responsibility for any damages caused by the non-observance of this mention (eg the primer "freezes" at about 5 degrees, do not open the bottle because it can break the brush, place the bottle under hot water jet for a few minutes and wait 1-2 hours before opening, the quality of the primer is not affected in any way).

    Wrong order

    If you recieve a damaged product, you have a missing product or a different one than you ordered or any other situation with your order please write an email to mihai.bruma@noliashop.com and we will refund you as soon as possible for the amount you paid for that exact product. If we delivered the wrong product you will receive a refund for the missing product and you can keep the wrong product.
