Product description:
Synthetic fiber for unique manicures. The velvet is sprinkled on a layer of a sticky color or a base, the procedure is repeated 20-30 times if necessary without intermediate polymerization. When the surface is perfectly dry and does not have areas that seem wet, in the end, just before curing, you can sprinkle a little Velor effect to fill any gaps.
