    Product description: 

    Apply Rubber Base Clear or Blossom Gel Clear on the nail, and after it is completely polymerized, apply the transfer foil with the non-glossy part with short pressing, and seal it with 2 layers of No wipe top.

    The ideal polymerization depends on the power of the lamp used, in Nolia lamps the ideal time is 60sec.
