Product Description:

The Pupinel sterilizer is a dry heat sterilizer designed for manicure, pedicure, beauty, barbering, hairdressing, and tattoo salons, as well as any professional environment where reusable metal instruments are used.

It is designed for the thermal sterilization of metal tools used daily in salons, including cuticle nippers, scissors, tweezers, cuticle pushers, metal drill bits, spatulas, and other instruments compatible with high temperatures.

The Product Requires Calibration

• The product is supplied uncalibrated and requires verification/calibration before professional use.

• The displayed temperature may differ from the actual temperature depending on the load, positioning of the instruments, and preheating time.

• We recommend periodically checking the temperature using appropriate measuring instruments and using sterilization indicators in accordance with the salon's internal protocol.

Recommended Instructions for Use

1. Clean the instruments before placing them in the sterilizer.

2. Make sure the instruments are completely dry.

3. Place the metal instruments in the tray without excessive overlapping.

4. Set the temperature and operating time according to your internal protocol.

5. Allow the device to reach the set temperature before starting the actual sterilization timing.

6. After the cycle is complete, allow the instruments to cool before handling.

7. Store the sterilized instruments under hygienic conditions.

Important Recommendations

• Do not place wet instruments or heat-sensitive materials (plastic, rubber, wood, textiles) inside the device.

• Do not open the lid during operation unless necessary.

• Do not touch the tray or interior immediately after use; use heat-resistant gloves or metal tongs.

• Do not overload the tray, as the hot air must be able to circulate properly.

• Do not use the device near water or in humid environments, and do not leave it unattended or within reach of children.

Maintenance

Unplug the device before cleaning. Clean the interior only after it has cooled completely, using a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not use corrosive substances or allow liquids to enter the device. Store the device in a dry place, protected from dust.

Warranty: 2 years for individuals, 1 year for legal entities.

If the client refuses the delivery of the package and it is returned to the sender, in this case WE ARE ALL NOLIA S.R.L. will reimburse the counter value of the products, the transport fee being paid by the customer.

While we want you to enjoy your products as soon as possible we deliver by DHL EXPRESS, the transit time is about 24-48 hours and costs approximately 20 euro. We also have a economy choice - DPD, transmit time 5-7 working days about half the cost of DHL. The shipping cost is calculated at the checkout and it depends on volume and weight. There are several regions where additional charges are levied, we will contact you later if necessary. 

Due to BREXIT all UK orders will be sent only by DHL, the transit of the package is about 3-5 days, the import procedure delays the transit time. The VAT will be paid by the costumer when the order arrives. The costumer will pay the VAT and some costum charges at the import of the order, we provide all paperwork needed to simplify the import process by DHL.
