Nailween 2026 Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. Organiser and campaign period

The “Nailween 2026” campaign is organised by WE ARE ALL NOLIA SRL (“We Are All Nolia”), with its registered office at 17 Emanuil Ungureanu Street, Timișoara, Timiș County, Romania, Tax Identification Number (CUI) RO53081600, Trade Register No. J2025095921009.

Nailween is a Nolia Shop branded campaign held on the occasion of Halloween. In 2026, it runs from 26 October 2026, 00:00 to 31 October 2026, 23:59 (Romanian time) on noliashop.ro and noliashop.com. These Terms and Conditions are available free of charge on noliashop.ro and noliashop.com, in Romanian and in English, under identical conditions; in the event of any discrepancy, the Romanian version shall prevail.

2. Who can participate

The campaign is open to natural persons aged 18 or over and to legal entities placing orders on noliashop.ro or noliashop.com for delivery to Romania or to any other European Union Member State to which noliashop.com delivers. No registration or discount code is required to participate.

3. How it works

  • Throughout the campaign, eligible products are displayed on the website with the 30% discount already applied.
  • The Participant adds the products to the cart and places the order during the campaign period; the discount is applied automatically, without a code.
  • The discounted price is the price shown in the cart at checkout and confirmed in the order confirmation e-mail.
  • The decisive factor is the time the order is placed, according to the date and time recorded by the website. Orders placed after 31 October 2026, 23:59, are not eligible for the discount, even if the products were added to the cart before that time.

4. Products included in the campaign

The 30% discount applies to the eligible campaign products. The previous price displayed is the lowest price applied during the 30 days prior to the application of the discount, in accordance with the legislation in force. The discount applies exclusively to the eligible campaign products, while stocks last. Excluded products may be added to the same order at the price shown on the website.

The discount is calculated from the price displayed on the website before the campaign. The previous price is also displayed next to the discounted price; this is the lowest price applied during the 30 days prior to the application of the discount, in accordance with the legislation on price reduction announcements.

5. Discount conditions

  • The discount cannot be combined with any other codes, vouchers or promotions.
  • The discount does not apply to shipping costs, which are calculated in accordance with the delivery terms published on the website.
  • Products are available while stocks last. If an ordered product is no longer available, the Participant will be notified and may choose either a replacement with a similar product or a refund of the amount paid for that product within a maximum of 14 days; the discount remains valid for the rest of the order.
  • In the event of fraudulent use (for example, orders placed through technical manipulation of the website), We Are All Nolia may cancel any undelivered orders and refund the amounts paid in full.

6. Product returns

Consumers may return products within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance (GEO) No. 34/2014 and the website’s Terms and Conditions. The price actually paid (after the discount) is refunded within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method. In the case of a partial return, the discount remains valid for the products retained. For legal entities, the website’s Terms and Conditions apply. In the event of withdrawal from the entire order, the standard delivery cost is also refunded, if it was paid, in accordance with the applicable legislation. The refund may be withheld until the returned products have been received or until proof of their dispatch has been provided.

7. Personal data, complaints and final provisions

Personal data: WE ARE ALL NOLIA SRL processes the data submitted through the website (name, phone number, e-mail address, addresses, account and order details) for processing and delivering orders and handling returns (performance of a contract), for tax obligations (legal obligation), and for handling complaints and preventing fraud (legitimate interest). The campaign does not involve the collection of any data other than that required for the order. Data may be disclosed to couriers, payment processors, website platform providers and, where required by law, to public authorities. Data relating to disputes is kept for a maximum of 3 years, and accounting records are kept as required by law. Participants have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP); requests should be sent to orders@noliashop.com. Complaints: via WhatsApp or at orders@noliashop.com, quoting the order number; we will respond within a maximum of 15 working days. Consumers may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) or an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity.

Amendments and force majeure: the campaign may be amended or suspended only for objective reasons (force majeure, legal obligations, technical issues, fraud), with prior notice published on noliashop.ro and noliashop.com; orders already confirmed will be honoured under the original conditions. We Are All Nolia shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers in other EU Member States. Participation in the campaign implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
